Interested in Now, Later...

Sorry no post in so long - it's finals week here, I broke my toe, etc. Will return soon. The most intense food-for-thought that's crossed my synapses lately is this quote from an interview with the amazing guitarist/philosopher Pat Martino:

"I find that recordings immobilize the creative process. Recordings are reminders of what was. I'm more interested in now."

Could this change everything?
